Since 1995, we have provided quality transcriptions for a
variety of clients including focus groups and interviews for evaluators, recorded statements for the insurance industry, video
depositions for attorneys and more. Each transcript we produce has gone through the initial pass for transcription,
as well as a second pass for proofing. We don't leave a "hole" in the transcript until we've listened to the
troublesome passage three times on each pass or a total of six times. Holes in the transcript don't serve anyone well.
In over 15 years of business, we've never lost a client because of problems with the work product or turnaround.
